The Group of Companies Tsivos IKE – TE.PE.M. O.E.- GEODATA O.E. operates in a wide area of consulting services for individuals and companies seeking development and upgrading of organizational structure.
The initial objective of the activities is to identify the needs of each customer and satisfy them to the maximum extent possible. In our group of companies we see each customer as a different entity and we take care of serving them according to their own particularities.
Our strategy is based on the provision of high-level services through continuous support and customer service, with whom we are in regular communication on issues that concern them and are at their disposal at all times. This strategy is ensured through continuous modernization and development on our part.
The Group was established in 2004 by scholars based in Volos and since then it has been active in the elaboration of special multidisciplinary studies. Along the way, numerous other scholars, of various specialties, joined and created the conditions for the formation of a team with increased high-level capabilities. Thanks to the many years of experience of its executives, it adopted a flexible management scheme, which includes independent sectors under the general coordination of Dr . Chemical – Environmental Engineer Mr. Christoforos Tsivos.
The Group was founded by scientists active in the field of protection and management of the natural and anthropogenic environment, as well as Renewable Energy Sources (RES) before 2000, having a significant and many years of experience in the design and environmental licensing of various projects.
It is housed in privately owned offices at 15 Anagnostopoulou Street with Valtetsiou Str., in Volos, in a building with spaces of 500.00 sq.m., which offers to employees, associates and visitors, safe and comfortable environment. However, the Group’s activity extends throughout Greece.
The Group’s human resources and corporate members includes various scientists, such as chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, architects, environmentalists, geologists, surveyors, foresters and others, who have technical expertise, experience and appropriate equipment, in order to implement the Group’s work with technical competence, with the ultimate goal of the perfect and effective completion of its work.
The Group’s team consists of permanent collaborators, experienced and specialized Engineers, flanked by trained administrative and design staff. Scientists have many years of experience of studies, with previous experience in companies with corresponding fields of study, TE.PE.M. G.P.C., GEODATA G.P.C. e.t.c. The Group’s executives are registered in the Register of Scholars of the Ministry of Infrastructure, are informed and comply with all legislative provisions.
Throughout its operation, the Group has successfully implemented various studies of public and private projects, of various sizes and with the highest standards. The main goal is the completion of the services provided with professionalism and the complete satisfaction of the study requirements of each project.
The Group has 20 years of experience in the field of design and construction based in Volos. We undertake, among other things, studies of public and private projects, providing a variety of services related to the value and exploitation of the land.
